# §49.9891. Identification of plan.


This section and [§§ 49.9892 through 49.9920](/cfr/40/49.9892..49.9920.md) contain the implementation plan for the Confederated Tribes of the Chehalis Reservation. This plan consists of a combination of Tribal rules and measures and Federal regulations and measures which apply within the Chehalis Reservation.
