# §49.11011. Identification of plan.


This section and [§§ 49.11012 through 49.11040](/cfr/40/49.11012..49.11040.md) contain the implementation plan for the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Reservation. This plan consists of a combination of Tribal rules and measures and Federal regulations and measures which apply within the Umatilla Reservation.
