# §49.10671. Identification of plan.


This section and [§§ 49.10672 through 49.10700](/cfr/40/49.10672..49.10700.md) contain the implementation plan for the Shoalwater Bay Tribe of the Shoalwater Bay Indian Reservation. This plan consists of a combination of Tribal rules and measures and Federal regulations and measures which apply within the Shoalwater Bay Indian Reservation.
