# §49.10411. Permits for general open burning, agricultural burning, and forestry and silvicultural burning.

- (a) Beginning June 7, 2005, a person must apply for and obtain a permit under [§ 49.132](/cfr/40/49.132.md) Rule for general open burning permits.
- (b) Beginning June 7, 2005, a person must apply for and obtain approval of a permit under [§ 49.133](/cfr/40/49.133.md) Rule for agricultural burning permits.
- (c) Beginning June 7, 2005, a person must apply for and obtain approval of a permit under [§ 49.134](/cfr/40/49.134.md) Rule for forestry and silvicultural burning permits.
