# §49.10191. Identification of plan.


This section and [§§ 49.1019192 through 49.10220](/cfr/40/49.1019192..49.10220.md) contain the implementation plan for the Kalispel Indian Community. This plan consists of a combination of Tribal rules and measures and Federal regulations and measures which apply within the Kalispel Reservation.
