# §463.35. Pretreatment standards for existing sources.

- (a) **PSES for bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate, di-n-butyl phthalate, and dimethyl phthalate are reserved.**
- (b) Any existing source subject to this subpart that introduces pollutants into a publicly owned treatment works must comply with [40 CFR part 403](/cfr/40/part403.md)—General Pretreatment Regulations.
