# §455.11. Compliance date for pretreatment standards for existing sources (PSES).


All discharges subject to pretreatment standards for existing sources (PSES) in subparts [A](/cfr/40/subpartA.md) and [B](/cfr/40/subpartB.md) of this part must comply with the standards no later than September 28, 1993.
