# §45.105. Authority.


The EPA is authorized to award training assistance under the following statutes:

- (a) Section 103 of the Clean Air Act, as amended ([42 U.S.C. 7403](/usc/42/7403.md));
- (b) Sections 104(g), 109, and 111 of the Clean Water Act, as amended (33 U.S.C. [1254(g)](/usc/33/1254.md?p=g), [1259](/usc/33/1259.md), and [1261](/usc/33/1261.md));
- (c) Sections 7007 and 8001 of the Solid Waste Disposal Act, as amended (42 U.S.C. [6977](/usc/42/6977.md) and [6981](/usc/42/6981.md));
- (d) Section 1442 of the Safe Drinking Water Act, as amended ([42 U.S.C. 300j-1](/usc/42/300j-1.md)).
