# §445.10. Applicability.


Except as provided in [§ 445.1](/cfr/40/445.1.md), this subpart applies to discharges of wastewater from landfills subject to the provisions of [40 CFR part 264](/cfr/40/part264.md), Standards for Owners and Operators of Hazardous Waste Treatment, Storage, and Disposal Facilities, [Subpart N](/cfr/40/subpartN.md)-(Landfills); and [40 CFR part 265](/cfr/40/part265.md), Interim Status Standards for Owners and Operators of Hazardous Waste Treatment, Storage, and Disposal Facilities, [Subpart N](/cfr/40/subpartN.md)-(Landfills).
