# §444.17. New source performance standards (NSPS).


Any new source subject to this subpart must achieve the following performance standards: Standards for TSS, arsenic, cadmium, chromium, copper, lead, mercury, silver, titanium, zinc and pH are the same as the corresponding limitation specified in [§ 444.13](/cfr/40/444.13.md).
