# §442.44. New source performance standards (NSPS).


Any new point source subject to this subpart must achieve the following performance standards: Standards for BOD5, TSS, oil and grease (HEM) and pH are the same as the corresponding limitation specified in [§ 442.41](/cfr/40/442.41.md).
