# §441.40. Pretreatment standards for new sources (PSNS).


As of July 14, 2017, any new source subject to this part must comply with the requirements of § [441.30(a)](/cfr/40/441.30.md?p=a) and [(b)](/cfr/40/441.30.md?p=b) and the reporting and recordkeeping requirements of [§ 441.50](/cfr/40/441.50.md).
