# §437.36. Pretreatment standards for new sources (PSNS).


Except as provided in [40 CFR 403.7](/cfr/40/403.7.md) or [§ 437.30(b)](/cfr/40/437.30.md?p=b), any new source subject to this subpart must achieve the following pretreatment standards: Standards for o-cresol, p-cresol, 2,4,6-trichlorophenol are the same as the corresponding limitation specified in [§ 437.31](/cfr/40/437.31.md).
