# §437.35. Pretreatment standards for existing sources (PSES).


Except as provided in 40 CFR [403.7](/cfr/40/403.7.md), [403.13](/cfr/40/403.13.md) or [§ 437.30(b)](/cfr/40/437.30.md?p=b), and no later than December 22, 2003, any existing source subject to this subpart must achieve the following pretreatment standards: Standards for o-cresol, p-cresol, 2,4,6-trichlorophenol are the same as the corresponding limitation specified in [§ 437.31](/cfr/40/437.31.md).
