# §437.34. New source performance standards (NSPS).


Except as provided in [§ 437.30(b)](/cfr/40/437.30.md?p=b), any new source subject to this subpart must achieve the following new source performance standards: Standards for BOD5, pH, TSS, copper, zinc, acetone, acetophenone, 2-butanone, o-cresol, p-cresol, phenol, pyridine, and 2,4,6-trichlorophenol are the same as the corresponding limitation specified in [§ 437.31](/cfr/40/437.31.md).
