# §434.35. New source performance standards (NSPS).


Except as provided in [40 CFR 401.17](/cfr/40/401.17.md), and §§ [434.61](/cfr/40/434.61.md), [434.62](/cfr/40/434.62.md) and [434.63](/cfr/40/434.63.md) of this part, the following new source performance standards shall be achieved for any discharge from a new source subject to this subpart:
