# §432.97. Effluent limitations attainable by the application of the best control technology for conventional pollutants (BCT).


Except as provided in [40 CFR 125.30 through 125.32](/cfr/40/125.30..125.32.md), any existing point source subject to this subpart must achieve the following effluent limitations representing the application of BCT: Limitations for BOD5, fecal coliform, O&G, and TSS are the same as the corresponding limitation specified in [§ 432.92](/cfr/40/432.92.md).
