# §420.126. Pretreatment standards for new sources (PSNS).


Except as provided in [40 CFR 403.7](/cfr/40/403.7.md), any new source subject to this subpart which introduces pollutants into a publicly owned treatment works must comply with [40 CFR part 403](/cfr/40/part403.md) and achieve the following pretreatment standards for new sources:

- (a) **Galvanizing, terne coatings and other coatings—**
  - (1) **Strip, sheet, and miscellaneous products.**
  - (2) [Reserved]
- (b) **Galvanizing and other coatings—**
  - (1) **Wire products and fasteners.**
  - (2) [Reserved]
- (c) **Fume scrubbers.**
