# §40.160-4. Equipment report.


As provided in [2 CFR 200.344](/cfr/2/200.344.md) within 120 days of the completion or termination of a project, the grantee will submit a listing of all items of Equipment as defined at [2 CFR 200.1](/cfr/2/200.1.md).
