# §370.20. What are the reporting requirements of this part?


The reporting requirements of this part consist of SDS reporting and inventory reporting. If you are the owner or operator of a facility subject to the reporting requirements of this part, then you must comply with both types of reporting requirements. SDS reporting requirements are addressed in [§§ 370.30 through 370.33](/cfr/40/370.30..370.33.md). Inventory reporting requirements are addressed in [§§ 370.40 through 370.45](/cfr/40/370.40..370.45.md).
