# §355.60. What is the relationship between the emergency release notification requirements of this part and the release notification requirements of CERCLA?


The emergency release notification requirements of this part are in addition to the release notification requirements of CERCLA. If you have a release of a CERCLA hazardous substance, you must comply with the emergency release notification requirements of this part and the release notification requirements of CERCLA [section 103](/cfr/40/103.md), codified at [40 CFR part 302](/cfr/40/part302.md). Use this table to determine which emergency release notification requirements apply to your release:
