# §35.730. Purpose.

- (a) **Purpose of section.** [Section 35.730 through 35.733](/cfr/40/35.730..35.733.md) govern underground storage tank program grants to eligible Tribes and Intertribal Consortia under Pub.L. 105-276.
- (b) **Purpose of program.** Tribal underground storage tank program grants are awarded to assist Tribes and Intertribal Consortia in developing and implementing programs to manage underground storage tanks.
