# §35.683. Annual amount reserved by EPA.


EPA shall reserve up to five percent of the underground water source protection funds each year for underground water source protection grants to Tribes under [section 1443(b)](/cfr/40/1443.md?p=b) of the Safe Drinking Water Act.
