# §35.6220. General.


The recipient of a Core Program Cooperative Agreement must comply with the requirements regarding financial administration ([§§ 35.6270 through 35.6290](/cfr/40/35.6270..35.6290.md)), property ([§§ 35.6300 through 35.6450](/cfr/40/35.6300..35.6450.md)), procurement ([§§ 35.6550 through 35.6610](/cfr/40/35.6550..35.6610.md)), reporting ([§§ 35.6650 through 35.6670](/cfr/40/35.6650..35.6670.md)), records ([§§ 35.6700 through 35.6710](/cfr/40/35.6700..35.6710.md)), and other administrative requirements under a Cooperative Agreement ([§§ 35.6750 through 35.6790](/cfr/40/35.6750..35.6790.md)). Recipients may not incur site-specific costs. Where these sections entail site-specific requirements, the recipient is not required to comply on a site-specific basis.
