Applicants and recipients must comply with the applicable requirements of [2 CFR part 1532](/cfr/2/part1532.md), “Nonprocurement Debarment and Suspension and of [2 CFR part 1536](/cfr/2/part1536.md), “Requirements for Drug-Free Workplace (Financial Assistance).”
