# §35.4245. How does my group resolve a disagreement with EPA regarding our TAG?


The regulations at [2 CFR part 1500](/cfr/2/part1500.md) [Subpart E](/cfr/40/subpartE.md) will govern disputes except that, before you may obtain judicial review of the dispute, you must have sought reconsideration of the Dispute Decision Official's Appeal decision under [2 CFR 1500.17](/cfr/2/1500.17.md).
