# §35.3145. Application of other Federal authorities.

- (a) **Generally.** The State must agree to comply and to require all recipients of funds “directly made available by” capitalization grants to comply with applicable Federal authorities.
- (b) **Informing EPA.** The State must inform EPA when consultation or coordination by EPA with other Federal agencies is necessary to resolve issues regarding compliance with those requirements.
- (c) **Civil Rights laws.** All programs, projects and activities of the State capitalization grant recipient must be in compliance with the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, [42 U.S.C. 2000d](/usc/42/2000d.md) et seq., section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, [29 U.S.C. 794](/usc/29/794.md) and section 13 of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act Amendments of 1972, Public Law 92-500.
