# §35.2250. Determination of allowable costs.


The Regional Administrator will determine the allowable costs of the project based on applicable provisions of laws and regulations, the scope of the approved project, [2 CFR part 200](/cfr/2/part200.md), subpart [E](/cfr/40/subpartE.md)—[Cost](/cfr/40/subpartCost.md) Principles and appendix A of this subpart.
