# §35.10025. Federal requirements.


All projects receiving credit assistance under this part shall comply with:

- (a) **Environmental authorities—**
  - (1) The National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, [42 U.S.C. 4321](/usc/42/4321.md) et seq.;
  - (2) Archeological and Historic Preservation Act, [16 U.S.C. 469-469c](/usc/16/469-469c.md);

  - (4) Clean Water Act, [33 U.S.C. 1251](/usc/33/1251.md) et seq.;
  - (5) Coastal Barrier Resources Act, [16 U.S.C. 3501](/usc/16/3501.md) et seq.;
  - (6) Coastal Zone Management Act, [16 U.S.C. 1451](/usc/16/1451.md) et seq.;
  - (7) Endangered Species Act, [16 U.S.C. 1531](/usc/16/1531.md) et seq.;
  - (8) Federal Actions to Address Environmental Justice in Minority Populations and Low-Income Populations, Executive Order 12898, 59 FR 7629, February 16, 1994;
  - (9) Floodplain Management, Executive Order 11988, 42 FR 26951, May 24, 1977, as amended by Executive Order 13690, 80 FR 6425, February 4, 2015;
