# §273.60. Applicability.

- (a) The owner or operator of a destination facility (as defined in [§ 273.9](/cfr/40/273.9.md)) is subject to all applicable requirements of parts [264](/cfr/40/part264.md), [265](/cfr/40/part265.md), 266, 268, 270, and 124 of this chapter, and the notification requirement under [section 3010](/cfr/40/3010.md) of RCRA.
- (b) The owner or operator of a destination facility that recycles a particular universal waste without storing that universal waste before it is recycled must comply with [40 CFR 261.6(c)(2)](/cfr/40/261.6.md?p=c-2).
