# §270.28. Part B information requirements for post-closure permits.


For post-closure permits, the owner or operator is required to submit only the information specified in §§ [270.14(b)(1)](/cfr/40/270.14.md?p=b-1), [(4)](/cfr/40/270.14.md?p=b-4), [(5)](/cfr/40/270.14.md?p=b-5), [(6)](/cfr/40/270.14.md?p=b-6), [(11)](/cfr/40/270.14.md?p=b-11), [(13)](/cfr/40/270.14.md?p=b-13), [(14)](/cfr/40/270.14.md?p=b-14), [(16)](/cfr/40/270.14.md?p=b-16), [(18)](/cfr/40/270.14.md?p=b-18) and [(19)](/cfr/40/270.14.md?p=b-19), [(c)](/cfr/40/270.14.md?p=b-c), and [(d)](/cfr/40/270.14.md?p=b-d), unless the Regional Administrator determines that additional information from §§ [270.14](/cfr/40/270.14.md), [270.16](/cfr/40/270.16.md), [270.17](/cfr/40/270.17.md), [270.18](/cfr/40/270.18.md), [270.20](/cfr/40/270.20.md), or [270.21](/cfr/40/270.21.md) is necessary. The owner or operator is required to submit the same information when an alternative authority is used in lieu of a post-closure permit as provided in [§ 270.1(c)(7)](/cfr/40/270.1.md?p=c-7).
