# §270.185. For what reasons may the Director choose to terminate my final RAP, or deny my renewal application?


The Director may terminate your final RAP on his own initiative, or deny your renewal application for the same reasons as those listed for RAP modifications in [§ 270.175(a)(5) through (7)](/cfr/40/270.175.md?p=a-5..a-7) if the Director determines that termination of your RAP or denial of your RAP renewal application is appropriate.
