# §27.42. Judicial review.


[Section 3805](/usc/31/3805.md) of title 31, United States Code, authorizes judicial review by an appropriate United States District Court of a final decision of the Environmental Appeals Board imposing penalties or assessments under this part and specifies the procedures for such review.
