# §266.204. Standards applicable to emergency responses.


Explosives and munitions emergencies involving military munitions or explosives are subject to 40 CFR [262.10(i)](/cfr/40/262.10.md?p=i), [263.10(e)](/cfr/40/263.10.md?p=e), [264.1(g)(8)](/cfr/40/264.1.md?p=g-8), [265.1(c)(11)](/cfr/40/265.1.md?p=c-11), and [270.1(c)(3)](/cfr/40/270.1.md?p=c-3), or alternatively to [40 CFR 270.61](/cfr/40/270.61.md).
