# §265.1089. Inspection and monitoring requirements.

- (a) The owner or operator shall inspect and monitor air emission control equipment used to comply with this subpart in accordance with the applicable requirements specified in [§ 265.1085](/cfr/40/265.1085.md) through [§ 265.1088](/cfr/40/265.1088.md) of this subpart.
- (b) The owner or operator shall develop and implement a written plan and schedule to perform the inspections and monitoring required by [paragraph (a)](#a) of this section. The owner or operator shall incorporate this plan and schedule into the facility inspection plan required under [40 CFR 265.15](/cfr/40/265.15.md).
