# §264.602. Monitoring, analysis, inspection, response, reporting, and corrective action.


Monitoring, testing, analytical data, inspections, response, and reporting procedures and frequencies must ensure compliance with §§ [264.601](/cfr/40/264.601.md), [264.15](/cfr/40/264.15.md), [264.33](/cfr/40/264.33.md), [264.75](/cfr/40/264.75.md), [264.76](/cfr/40/264.76.md), [264.77](/cfr/40/264.77.md), and [264.101](/cfr/40/264.101.md) as well as meet any additional requirements needed to protect human health and the environment as specified in the permit.
