# §264.572. Design and installation of new drip pads.


Owners and operators of new drip pads must ensure that the pads are designed, installed, and operated in accordance with one of the following:

- (a) all of the requirements of [§§ 264.573](/cfr/40/264.573.md) (except 264.573(a)(4)), 264.574 and 264.575 of this subpart, or
- (b) all of the requirements of [§§ 264.573](/cfr/40/264.573.md) (except [§ 264.573(b)](/cfr/40/264.573.md?p=b)), 264.574 and 264.575 of this subpart.
