# §264.1088. Inspection and monitoring requirements.

- (a) The owner or operator shall inspect and monitor air emission control equipment used to comply with this subpart in accordance with the applicable requirements specified in [§ 264.1084](/cfr/40/264.1084.md) through [§ 264.1087](/cfr/40/264.1087.md) of this subpart.
- (b) The owner or operator shall develop and implement a written plan and schedule to perform the inspections and monitoring required by [paragraph (a)](#a) of this section. The owner or operator shall incorporate this plan and schedule into the facility inspection plan required under [40 CFR 264.15](/cfr/40/264.15.md).
