# §264.10. Applicability.

- (a) The regulations in this subpart apply to owners and operators of all hazardous waste facilities, except as provided in [§ 264.1](/cfr/40/264.1.md) and in [paragraph (b)](#b) of this section.
- (b) [Section 264.18(b)](/cfr/40/264.18.md?p=b) applies only to facilities subject to regulation under subparts [I](/cfr/40/subpartI.md) through [O](/cfr/40/subpartO.md) and [subpart X](/cfr/40/subpartX.md) of this part.
