# §262.44. Recordkeeping for small quantity generators.


A small quantity generator is subject only to the following independent requirements in this subpart:

- (a) Section [262.40(a)](/cfr/40/262.40.md?p=a), [(c)](/cfr/40/262.40.md?p=c), and [(d)](/cfr/40/262.40.md?p=d), recordkeeping;
- (b) [Section 262.42(b)](/cfr/40/262.42.md?p=b), exception reporting; and
- (c) [Section 262.43](/cfr/40/262.43.md), additional reporting.
