# §261.141. Definitions of terms as used in this subpart.


The terms defined in § [265.141(d)](/cfr/40/265.141.md?p=d), [(f)](/cfr/40/265.141.md?p=f), [(g)](/cfr/40/265.141.md?p=g), and [(h)](/cfr/40/265.141.md?p=h) of this chapter have the same meaning in this subpart as they do in [§ 265.141](/cfr/40/265.141.md) of this chapter.
