# §261.1051. Definitions.


As used in this subpart, all terms shall have the meaning given them in [§ 261.1031](/cfr/40/261.1031.md), the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, and [40 CFR parts 260-266](/cfr/40/part260-266.md).
