# §260.11. Incorporation by reference.


When used in parts [260](/cfr/40/part260.md) through [268](/cfr/40/part268.md) of this chapter, the following materials are incorporated by reference with the approval of the Director of the Federal Register under 5 U.S.C. [552(a)](/usc/5/552.md?p=a) and [1](/usc/5/1.md) CFR [part 51](/cfr/40/part51.md). All approved materials are available for inspection at the OLEM Docket in the Environmental Protection Agency Docket Center (EPA/DC), West William Jefferson Clinton Bldg., Rm. 3334, 1301 Constitution Ave. NW, Washington, DC.
