# §241.1. Purpose.


This part identifies the requirements and procedures for the identification of solid wastes used as fuels or ingredients in combustion units under [section 1004](/cfr/40/1004.md) of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act and [section 129](/cfr/40/129.md) of the Clean Air Act.
