# §23.9. Timing of Administrator's action under the Atomic Energy Act.


Unless the Administrator otherwise explicitly provides in a particular order, the time and date of the entry of an order for purposes of [28 U.S.C. 2344](/usc/28/2344.md) shall be at 1:00 p.m. eastern time (standard or daylight, as appropriate) on the date that is two weeks after the date when notice thereof is published in the Federal Register.
