# §211.101. Applicability.


The provisions of [subpart A](/cfr/40/subpartA.md) apply to all products for which regulations are published under [part 211](/cfr/40/part211.md) and manufactured after the effective date of this regulation, unless they are made inapplicable by product-specific regulations.
