# §194.11. Completeness and accuracy of compliance applications.


Information provided to the Administrator in support of any compliance application shall be complete and accurate. The Administrator's evaluation for certification pursuant to [section 8(d)(1)(B)](/cfr/40/8.md?p=d-1-B) of the WIPP LWA and evaluation for recertification pursuant to [section 8(f)(2)](/cfr/40/8.md?p=f-2) of the WIPP LWA shall not begin until the Administrator has notified the Secretary, in writing, that a complete application in accordance with this part has been received.
