# §1850.32. Definitions.

- (a) For purposes of this subpart, the terms individual, maintain, record, and system of records shall have the meanings set forth in [5 U.S.C. 552a(a)](/usc/5/552a.md?p=a).
- (b) **Working days—** are business days and do not include Saturday, Sunday, or federal holidays.
