# §180.587. Famoxadone; tolerance for residues.

- (a) **General.** Tolerances are established for residues of the fungicide famoxadone, including its metabolites and degradates, in or on the commodities listed in Table 1 to [Paragraph (a)](#a). Compliance with the tolerance levels specified in Table 1 to [Paragraph (a)](#a) is to be determined by measuring only famoxadone (5-methyl-5-(4-phenoxyphenyl)-3-(phenylamino)-2,4-oxazolidinedione) in or on the commodity.
- (b) **Section 18 emergency exemptions.** [Reserved]
- (c) **Tolerances with regional registrations.** Tolerances with a regional registration as defined in [§ 180.1(l)](/cfr/40/180.1.md?p=l) are established for residues of the fungicide famoxadone, including its metabolites and degradates, in or on the commodities listed in Table 2 to [Paragraph (c)](#c). Compliance with the tolerance levels specified in Table 2 to [Paragraph (c)](#c) is to be determined by measuring only famoxadone (5-methyl-5-(4-phenoxyphenyl)-3-(phenylamino)-2,4-oxazolidinedione) in or on the commodity.
- (d) **Indirect or inadvertant residues.** [Reserved]
