# §180.554. Kresoxim-methyl; tolerances for residues.

- (a) **General.**
  - (1) Tolerances are established for the combined residues of the fungicide kresoxim-methyl (methyl (E)-2-[2-(2-methylphenoxy)-methyl]phenyl-2-(methoxyimido)acetate) and its metabolites as follows: (E)-2-[2-(2-methylphenoxy)methyl]-phenyl-2-(methoxyimido)acetic acid; (E)-2-[2-(2-hydroxymethylphenoxy)methyl]-phenyl-2-(methoxyimido)acetic acid (free and glucose conjugated); and (E)-2-[2-(4-hydroxy-2-methylphenoxy)-methyl]phenyl-2-(methoxyimido)acetic acid (free and glucose conjugated) in or on the following commodities:
  - (2) Tolerances are established in or on the following commodities for the residues of the metabolite (E)-2-[2-(2-methylphenoxy)methyl]-phenyl-2-(methoxyimido)acetic acid resulting from the use of the fungicide kresoxim-methyl:
- (b) **Section 18 emergency exemptions.** [Reserved]
- (c) **Tolerances with regional registrations.** [Reserved]
- (d) **Indirect or inadvertent residues.** [Reserved]
